misc.

So I know earlier we had to write about how we felt about all of the campaign adds and how we reacted to them. I stated that I never really even payed attention. I was on my way to Toledo yesterday and the was an add on one of the big billboards saying that, we build it he broke we will rebuild it saying that Obama should be fired. Usually I wouldn't take sides or anything but that kind of made me upset. Is really everyone that caught up in all this that they think all of the things that are happening are because of one person. This has been going on for a very long time it's just now that we are seeing the effects of everything that was put into place along time ago. It's not all just because of one person, I feel really if it wasn't for him we would have actually be in much worse shape. I feel the president has done well with what he got handed. That's  just like people now days it seems aways pointing the finger and never wanting to look in the mirror. At some point everyone is going to have to wake up and see that for things to get better they might have to sacrifice some things for the good of our country. Okay well I better stop there I could go on for pages about all of this but I will just leave it with that. It's not all his fault.

  1. Well I can agree that it is not just one man who can change the country, but I do believe the President of the United States has a pretty big effect on the country. This year is my first year being able to vote for the president! Pretty exciting right, I am getting so old. Well I figured to be an educated voter I should watch the debates and take an interest on each candidate to make my vote educated. Well with research I learned about each candidate and what they stand for, I now know who I want to vote for. I believe the person I will vote for will do an excellent job running the country, and hopefully get people back to work. I believe as a voter the best thing for our country is to have people working so people begin to buy products again. Doesn’t it only make sense when people are making money they spend money allowing our economy to grow?

The other thing that effects my decision is my dad working at General Dynamics. If defense spending is cut, that increases layoffs. We all know that increased the chances of him being out a job. The other thing that gets to me is it moral to vote for a president who has views that go against your beliefs? These questions constantly went through my head when picking a president. The important things not the lies that are being spread about one another, or how they dress or look. Overall I know when I vote it was and educated vote. So don’t sit back and not vote get involved and make your opinion matter, and vote! I hope you enjoyed my political view. haha

  2. I did enjoy that lol, I see what you are saying. It is good to make an educated decision, but you have to take everything into view. The president only makes the laws or bills but the congress has to pass them. If you have a democratic president and a republican congress they are going to agree on anything. That is where we need the change I agree both canidates have a lot of good things about them and both have some bad things also. In the end anyone can say what they want we have already found out that our presidents will lie to us on national T.V. and if they are telling the truth is congress going to help them or just sit back and not pass some of the bills because they don't agree even though that bill could help the US out tremendesly. Yes you do have to make money to spend money and I know how it feels to have parents hurt by the economy. Me myself was hurt from it for a little while. We as a country are just going to have to make some major changes and sacrifices and so is our government as a whole. They are going to have to start agreeing on some things. Sorry I just ramble on some times politics is a crazy subject for me lol,
